ART SHOW FEATURED ARTIST: CHIP NEAL

We will be posting featured artists that submit for the Flood art show. This will give you a chance to network with artists and also get a sneak peak for what will be at the show!! so send you submissions early and get featured on this blog.

This is a submission from Chip Neal for the art show in November. The blending of the colors and layering are truly beautiful. I love how he layered the darks on the top of the yellow in the center. The bottom right corner with the red and yellow accents the center and gives the eye a way out of the picture. brilliant.

*ALL PROCEEDS GO TO CORNERSTONE & 10% RAISED GOES TO HURUMA (AN ORPHANAGE IN AFRICA)*

This is a great chance for creatives to serve in your gifting at Cornerstone, SHOW YOUR ART, and network with other artists in the cs community.

OPTIONAL THEME: The theme of the show is “flood the desert”. Water, desert, life, living, revival. it is encouraged that artwork submitted fall within this theme (but not limited to). Think of flood.. not in the negative context, but as a vessel that brings life to a dry world. Push the limits, think outside of the box. It does not have to be a literal representation. No size requirement. NOT all pieces will be accepted. Multiple submissions are allowed.

Optional challenge: hide the word “flood” or the logo somewhere in the art piece. (logo displayed below)
